Default Re: Jerry Tune from LET

Sorry guys for the late post.

The tuning that I (LET) does for the Bosch ME2.8.1 ECU is not that complicated.

Most tuners purchase their ECU flashes from a shared database.

Inmotion tuning does the same thing I assume because of how their gains and list of cars is formatted.

This looks very similar to http://www.diga-tec.de/en/mercedes.html and this one http://www.powerchip.ro/chip-tuning-13-Mercedes.html and http://www.p-torque.co.uk/

I could go on and on.

While this usually isn't an issue, I didn't want to sell tunes that were made by some guy in another country that most likely didn't even have the car on a dyno when the file was created.

I also wanted to create custom tunes here in the states, using the same gas that you will be using along with the same mods.

We dyno test our tunes, track test our tunes, and road test our tunes for optimum performance and driveability.

I will be more than happy to run head to head with any other tuner. Same car, same dyno, same day, only using a different tune.

I've told everyone that I've spoken to about our tunes that I don't want to hide behind our work. If you want to know what we did, just ask. If you want us to show you what we did, no problem. I will personally explain it to you in full detail and I will try my best to help you understand engine dynamics and how we tune a car.

There are a few guys behind the scenes at LET and we are all working really hard to create the best software we can.

Another unique feature about LET is that we modify the existing software on your ECU. We don't flash over it with software from another ECU. I personally read out and save the stock software. We then modify that stock file and flash it back to the ECU.

Hope this helps!

Jerry
