Ok, This is what I have discovered, In the front wheel housing (wheel well) there are two oval access holes which should be covered with rubber plugs.

In the passenger front, (right) side, there is also a round hole at the rear of this area which does not, and should not have a cover. (I think)

I have posted to my flicker account 4 photos showing these now covered access holes and the one uncovered hole.

If this hole is supposed to be covered with a plug, please let me know.
