My wife has a '99 ML320 which is of course out of warranty. The local MB dealer gave her the same shitty treatment. Luckily we have a great private local garage that works on MBs and Beemers exclusively. That's where she goes now. I don't think your average MB dealer wants to see you unless you have one of their $100K models and call yourself "Doctor"
