i believe that to be incorrect. we have been workign with james at inmotion for a while now tweakign tunes due to the prototype parts we have been making while sending tons of datalogs back and forth and he has been great and able to make all the changes we have asked for (custom tune = custom tune).
if you want to say your tunes are cool i dont see any problem with that, nor do i think anyone else would unless it was proven wrong. But to incorrectly say a competitor is snagging someone elses work in order to promote your stuff isn't right.
btw, we don't (nor ever have) make a dime off of any inmotion sales.
