Yes it is in Utica.
Utica is just a few miles south of I-80 on Hwy 178.
Hwy 178 runs right through town and
Skoogs pub is right on the corner of Hwy 178 where it turns to go south through town.
It is also called Mill st at that location.

Then from there Starved rock state park is just a few miles further south and just south of the Illinois river.
There is a west entrance into the park and it is well marked. We should be in the area around 12:30 and I am not sure if we are going to the park first of the pub.
