At the track after the LET tune
So I got the ECU back from LET last night and took it to the track tonight. The conditions today were pretty close to what I had two weeks ago. Sunny and about 80. Below is the slips from my first two runs(#4324). One in the left lane and then one in the right lane. I forgot and had the car in Drive the first four runs. It certainly didnt seem to make any difference. My first run had a 60' of 1.982 and 12.62 @ 112.1mph. The second run had a 60' of 1.961 and 12.56 @108.99mph. I made 8 runs and the best 60' was 1.793 and 12.68 @ 111.63mph. I had two runs in the 13's when I spun badly on launch and the TC kicked and killed my take off. That's right, I still ran with the TC on tonight. I will turn it off next trip and see if it helps.
Before the LET tune I made two runs at 12.92 and 12.96 with 60' times in the 2.1 - 2.2 range. I gained a good .3 - .4 seconds with the tune. The car pulls great and I think if I could get the timing and launch I can get to 12.4. I am running on Kumho Ecsta SPT's. They preped the track pretty decent and I seemed to be hooking up pretty good. On my fourth run I tried revving a little and spun the tires pretty good and the TC kicked on and killed my power. I ran a 13.47 A 110.7mph with a 2.7 60'. All in all I am pretty happy with my car. Now I need to get the dyno and see how my rWhp I picked up with the tune.
