I'm almost positive the intercooler pump ALWAYS runs as long as the engine is running. In fact, when you turn the car off, the intercooler pump continues running for about 5 seconds (just enough time to run around to the front of the car and hear it shut off). If it sat idle until the supercharger kicked in, the intercooler would already be heat soaked just from sitting on top of the engine. Then again, I have a C32, so the programming might be different.
