Most of the parts on this car are interchangeable with the SLK since it's based on the R170 platform with a few tweaks here and there and a custom body of course.

A guy on the SLK forum apparently even got a Ford Racing Intercooler Pump to work with his SLK by changing out the input/output flanges and putting spade connectors on the electrical socket. Let us know how it works out for you.
