I would suspect that there is an alarm code that will tell them exactly what the issue is. A dealership might charge you for resetting the alarm but they shouldn't charge you for finding the reason. Good luck.
What alarm code? no issues all it means is its time to service your car, oil change, lube job etc. Check your manual it tells you what needs to be done .
