Smokey, when it comes to what your dealer will and will not cover, usually depends upon the "mood" they're in that day. As for the clips, if they don't "give" you one, they really shouldn't be that expensive. As for the grill itself, if it's warped and doesn't fit properly, they should replace it under warranty. If not, You should simply buy another one yourself, because if it doesn't fit the way it should, it will continue to pop out.
It doesn't take much to knock em loose.
