I fly to Boston every year or so just to sharpen my driving skills.
Those guys are nuts.
Your safe if you follow two simple rules.
1)Never drive there with out of state plates. They know you are a foreigner. You are toast. They gang up on you.
2)Never, and I mean never, look the other driver in the eye. 'Cause then they know. See rule # 1.
Break either rule and you might as well put it in Park because you are dead meat. However, if you cut people off, drive on the shoulder and stay at least 20 MPH over the posted limit no matter what the conditions, they will think you ar a native.
