Well, for the envelope that's available for the headers, I would say that.
I always thought that when it came to FI, equal-length tuning, scavenging, exhaust velocity (and all that other stuff that's so important to N/A engines) was practically meaningless, and that it's more about maximizing airflow with big pipes and what not.
