All depends on the headers and the application. I used to be into the Mustang world (both the 1960's models and the later 5.0 models) and there was a variety of headers that could either develop low end torque or high end power (or both), depending on what you were trying to accomplish, how your engine was setup as well as the rest of the exhaust system. The Fox bodied 5.0 Mustangs actually came with tubular headers from the factory, but they were poorly made/mass produced headers (still better then your average cast iron exhaust manifold IMHO), and one could easily pick up a fair amount of power just by removing them, and cleaning up all their crappy welds, port matching the flanges, etc.
Then I bought a Viper (still have it, although it languishes in the garage mostly

) and put on a set of unequal length ceramic coated headers and they brought up both the low end and top end (not that the bottom end needed anything IMHO). I also pulled the highly restrictive factory cats, and installed a 3" exhaust. The improvement was amazing to say the least.
Unfortunately the advert for the LET headers say absolutely nothing other then "Click here to pay $975 for these SRT headers"

so we really don't know what they do aside from soak up your wallet
Seriously it would be nice for them to post a little info on what they tried to achieve with their specific header design, some dyno data to back up their claim, etc.
Although I'm new to the SRT world, the exhaust seems to be tabo, as I don't see a lot of good data on exhaust upgrades. I've read that the Benz exhaust is fairly decent stock, but being that your trying to pump as much air through the SRT engine as possible, surely there are gains to be made by logical exhaust mods, unless Benz did such a great job of engineering it that any changes are minimal (which would be difficult to believe, but possible I suppose).
Just my 50 cents worth (accounting for inflation and all).
