I was overcome by excitement, so I forgot to ask what actually happened with the top . But all in all, im happy because everything is fixed, plus im putting 4 new Kuhmo Ecstas on there! Thanks for all your help guys!
Glad they were able to fix it! If you get a chance, call the service tech or manager and find out what the problem was and report back here. Who knows, someone else here could get the same problem. And if you have the problem again you'll have an idea of what the fix is.
