I don't know about the whole diesel thing. You SRT guys have a lot of power and can move, and posibly, just possibly control your own car. You can't control what other people do. The International diesel engines that power those "Redneck wagons put out 325 horse for the 6.0 L and 425 horse for the 6.4L DIT. That's just horsepower, the torque on thoose is both @ 600 lbft. Not to mention that they're in the range of 4-7K lbs. should that hit you, you can forget about the SRT, be happy it doesn't crawl up and over you and come down on your head. I don't care how big you are, 7000lb on your head makes for a bad hair day.
