Okay so I went back to the dealership today to bring them the 4 Kumhos im getting installed. I asked the tech about what happened, and apparently there is a switch in the release lever ( the thing you rotate to release the top ) that was faulty. I cant believe that after 50 days of sitting at a dealership, a lawyer, and a whole bunch of wasted time,all I needed to do was bring it to another dealership and they would fix it in two days. Holy Bajeesus. Haha
