I was notified today that due to illness one members wife can't join us. This brings up something I need to let everyone know. Saturday night, at Tavern on 13, the reservations are being held on my personal credit card. I am/was very comfortable about using mine, there is no doubt that a large XF group will be attending the WDC.
But to be fair to me, if you realize your not going to be there Saturday night, with us for dinner, even if it is as late as Saturday you need to let me know. I don't want to be stuck paying for your dinner because you didn't show up nor tell me. If that were to happen, which I don't expect will, you owe me the cost of what I had to pay to cover your empty seat. I will let you know via a post on this thread so it's clear on amount and who owes me. If you get an envelope, with a number written on the outside of it, then you have a reservation and this message is for you. Enough said, sorry to be so blunt. Ann
