I have a 2005 SRT6 Convertible. Just got it. I need to replace the Infinity Stereo with a AAC or MP3 / XM Radio Receiver.

1. Where is the 240 Watt Amp located?
2. Can I use it with my new Receiver? Or do I need to get a new amp?
