Probably not. Just hooked up a simular system with Spectre filters. Duct taped a thermocoupling of an indoor outdoor themometer to the back side of one of the elements, didnt matter if you were rolling or standing still, it was pegged at 120 plus. You would need a Needswings set-up or simular model to grab cooler air. Ordered some longer sections of intake piping, going back to original concept using K&N filters in the boxes and remove the hose mounts adjacent to the radiator and install the larger diameter pipes through to the front of the radiator to grab a greater volume of air. The Spectre set-up sounded nice, but I dont believe I would be gaining anything.
