Just to let you know...don't know how much you know about the history of the car...it's actually a mercedes benz SLK with a chrysler body. it came about when Chrysler bought Mercedes Benz...a joint venture is you will... Under the hood and most of the maintenance is exactually as the SLK model for Mercedes. Performance wise...in my opinon ranks right up there with porsche. Even the base model you'll love to drive. Miles differnce from the 96 miata...you'll park it.....

Highly recommend you test drive... don't just do city drive...take it out on the high way and don't be afraid to open it up...gear wise..it'll take it...60 in second can be done... that car will do 0-60 in 6.5 seconds....

My consern is that folks middle income level is to understand you are buying a SPORTS car. Not the normal "gorgery getter". Means maintenance cost isn't the average. Example..oil change requires 0-40w Synthetic oil ( 8.5 qrts with filter change) that type of stuff.

But shoot...test drive that puppy...you'll understand the difference....
