Recently I took my Xfire in for what I thought was an IC problem. It displayed the same symptoms such as reving to high rpm's with no power. Supercharger not engaged as I could not hear or feel it. Also a loss of fuel during that time.

I took it in with the Needswings Intake installed (should have put stock intake on). They blamed it completely on the intake as they asked me to bring in the stock one. I got a call yesturday saying its working properly with the stock intake on. I was told the air/fuel mixture was off and the computer couldnt recognize what it was doing.

Im wondering if the Mass air flow sensor went bad causing the problems mentioned above. Should I go ahead and reinstall the CAI with the battery disconnected this time to make sure that the ECU is properly reset?
