My experience was just as agravating as yours but had a much better ending. When I got home I gathered up all of my bills and wrote a good letter detailing my tale of woe that I hand delivered to my local Service Manager. The lack of service parts is not your problem it is Chrysler's problem. Anyway my local guy got the Regional Service Manager involved. In the end they bought my tire, paid for the rental and a tow. They didn't have to but they did. This is why my local dealer will probably sell me a 300 C shortly after the first of the year.
