Did you read the whole thread, I think that your relays are fine, but the board your plugging them into is what has a short in the contacts. I believe someone has gave instructions on pulling it out and is pretty easy. Look underneath and see if you see any contacts broke or cracked. It also may only happen when it heats up. The part is called the relay control module and is about $180 bucks. Let us know if this works out.
