I don't know about all the detailing stuff out there, so with my VERY limited cleaning knowledge, I would say start with some leather cleaner, and then conditioner - which hopefully you do on a regular basis. In the past I have used shoe polish to blend the scuff marks.
I actually never use any leather cleaner or conditioner to clean the seats since they still looks clean and new. But I guess I'll try some of those products.
