Both before and after. It was pretty bad. I'd go into it but I don't think anyone wants to hear about it. I know I'm trying to put it out of my mind for sure. I know that I could never do it, just look at that poor girls face, she's in agony. I feel sorry for you guy's that don't have a woman to do that kind of nasty stuff.
