Below is a link to the federal government's emissions warranty rules. Major emission components ( cat converter, ECU, and ODB) are warranted for 8 yrs / 80k miles. Other components aren't covered as long.

I would check the link to make sure that your dealer isn't trying to weasle out of anything.
+1. You should have at least an 8/80, and it should be stated in your warranty forms.
