Not with Krylon, but I used Rustoleum Hammered and got a very nice result. I used a rustoleum primer first.
Ever since I was painting Krylon wrinkle paint on my ham radios I made sure that you shake the heck out of the can first. Its a varnish. THen spray, wait spray again like the label says.
After some air drying I popped them into my moms stove with the door open a bit set to about 175 then 200 1/2 hour later for an hour or so. This will set it and it also insures an even wrinkle pattern as if it is too (thin) or dry the wrinkles are smaller.
Just wait till my mom leaves the house as she used to get all fussy that I was into the stove .... a kitchen thing but I was in 6th grade then. She may not say anything to you if you keep it all clean, Aluminum foil keeps the peace for me.
Loving the aroma ( smells like OD SCHOO) Woody
