Get hold of your contacts and ask them to photocopy then fax the window sticker to you (or scan and email, whatever). If it says Touring Gear (it is in the right hand column on mine, right close to the top of the page), you SHOULD get it. Two issues I can think of right away:

1. Does your paperwork list an APO/FPO mailing address for you in Korea, and if so is it one to which FedEx (or whatever carrier the fulfillment company uses) can deliver? I no longer have the shipping boxes, and can't recall if the Gear comes direct from D/C or from some third party.
2. Despite the fact that UK Crossfire's list Touring Gear on their window sticker, it's been reported they can't get the lugagge because of some EU ban on American textile products. If there is a similar ban in Korea, you may be out of luck unless it can be delivered solely through military/government transport methods.
