Well I don't think Bill will be making the final plans for this meet and it appears he won't even be coming to the meet.
I certainly didn't plan to be coordinating a meet of this size from my home in Illinois.
The original responsibility I assumed was to maintain the list of members attending and track the rooms reserved at the lodge and that was the extent of my role here while Bill tended to personal matters outside the forum.
He said he would return to make the final plans but it appears he will not be assuming the roll of doing this now.
I am attempting to be Bill here but I am no expert when organizing a meet of this size and being 10 hours away makes it even more difficult.

If Bill were working out this plan he was going to use last April's meet as a guide and make some changes in order for it to work this fall.
Well That's what I just did today.
I also have no reservations made for any of the places named to eat other than the lodge itself.
The lodge will accommodate our group for dinners and breakfasts.
