I have been on a forum that was overmoderated before. People just stop posting.

We have had very few incidents here and some that where allowed to run fixed themselves like they would in real life if we worked together. All of the squabble over some a couple of bad posts just drags out resentment and grudges even more (yes, I am sure my post did not help). Just let it be, it's over, let go.
