Default Your Next Dyno Session

Next time you dyno can you run a little experiment?

I kick myself for not running this test last week when I was on the dyno so maybe you can do it and shed some light on a question.

With the SRT setup (before or after your pulls) and at idle, watch the SC pulley and then ask the operator to slooowly raise RPMs, very slowly, like granny going to the supermarket on her last gallon of gas. Have him hold it at 500 rpm, then slowly to 1000, then 2000 etc...and see if and when the SC clutch engages.

Then, with the SRT back at idle give it a brief but hard punch of the throttle (load) at see if the SC engages...

Just a simple test with the eye ***** in a controlled environment.
