Thanks Brian,
Who forgot to tie down the cage to the truck ? Can you imagine what was going through that rangers mind on the way down. Awwwwwww Sh***************.
I'm reminded of the new hikers in Glacier Park Montana. They had to attend an orientation before being allowed to hike the back country. The ranger warned them that there were two kinds of bears in the park. Black bears and Grizzly bears. They were advised to carry mace and attach little bells to their packs and shoes so that they wouldn't surprise a bear that was approaching them on the trail. The mace is in case of attack.
The ranger also said that you have to watch out for bear droppings on the trail and the droppings of the black bear greatly differ from the grizzly's The black bear leaves a smaller dropping and it's full of berries and seeds. The grizzly's dropping is much larger and sometimes is full of little bells and smells like mace.
