I just did a search for 'convert kpa to psi'. To convert kilopascals(KPA) to pounds per square inch, multiply the kpa value by .14503773773020923. Then subtract 14.696 for one atmosphere. So your at about 19.2psi. I only subtracted 14 the first time.
