I've had a total of 3 nails in my rear tires.. took them to Goodyear and got them fixed.. had to buy a new tire one time. Never got "stranded" and had to use the goo.

That being said.. take a look at why you don't have a spare.. 18's in the front 19's in the back, and look at the trunk. Now, are you really complaining?
