Sorry.

What you have is four smallish capacitors in a little blue box connected across the battery terminals. The battery is itself a huge capacitor already. The only function it could serve would be to filter (reduce) higher frequency noise.

The only thing you could notice would be a reduction in hum or whine in the radio. I have never heard any such whine or hum myself, and if I did, I would be back to the dealer to get it fixed.

The claims for improved torque and "response" due to a slightly filtered voltage supply to the ECU are simply "rubbish".

If they used standard red and black supply wires instead of two blue leads there would be no need af an LED wire "error" detector. The four electrolytic capacitors are worth about $4 retail.
