I would agree with Texex91, shop around, ask around.

You are in the ballpark average with $4k over from all the prices I've seen deals close on. Standard range is MSRP to 10K. I know there is a crazy one in the NY area that closed $15k over, crazy IMHO.

Invoice price is supposed to be around $2,500 below list, so that gives you a reference point to work with.
