Re: Bad Things about the xfire
The only bad thing about the crossfire I've found, is getting in and out. Now, you guys are a tough crowd so I took a picture getting in the car. As you can plainly see I have to turn out the leg, arch the foot to get over the door sill, miss the lower part of the dash with the toe of my shoe and not hit the steering wheel with my knee or my foot. Clearly the knee is what most will hit most of the time. I was trying different procedures to see what was best. Moving the seat around, the wheel in or out or in the middle etc. Sitting first and then putting in one leg and then the other. Putting in one leg, sitting and then the other. The nascar both legs at a time. I promise to have pictures or a video as I know you will be argumentative. I decided there was no clear superior method so KISS it is. Once in the car and prepped for takeoff, all memories of the boarding clusterf#@) fade from memory. It's the ONLY unpleasant idiosyncrasy of the car. I will consult my astronomer for a better approach.
