Your up in the Heber/ Winslow area? It's so cool up there you should not be having any cooling issues. I would have the IC pump checked again and see if they actually replaced it. Dealers change the crank position sensor instead, and don't have a clue. Your not even in the 90's right? Heck it wasn't even a 100 here in the valley, so you got to be alot cooler. Definately something going on. You should be able to be full throttle to Flagstaff.
