Mine has this problem and I just bought the car from a dealer (2005 Coupe 160 miles). I did call and ask about a warranty replacement and was told no. I bought a refinishing kit from Autozone and used it. Surface was still not good enough so I got out the buffer with a foam pad and used some Meguiars swirl remover. Surface is still not like new. I will be harrasing the dealer some more and filing a compalint with Chrysler and or the DMV. This is a material problem and should be covered under warranty.
