Don't listen to the one about the resonater won't help much.
Adding a resonater will quiet it down alot and allow you to keep the low tones the Mercedes V6 is known for. Plus it is on, very easy to add and cheap enough that if you don't like it you wont be out really that much more than you already are. Just trying to save you a lot of agrivation and alittle money ta boot...
