I actually find those HID lights very annoying while going down the road on other cars. They always seem like they are on the high beam setting and makes it very hard for me to see past them. I honestly wished they were outlawed.

With that said, I have no issue with the current headlamps on the XF. They seem to provide plenty of light for me.
