Kraz17 says "dealer cash", which can mean anything. There are no Chrysler programs at that magnitude and "dealer cash" could be a dealership thing or gimmic which might require you to finance with them at a whopper of an interest rate.
Officially, the margin on the Crossfire is under $4,000, which means that the dealer would lose money giving $4,000 back, especially if you include the $8,500 the dealership has to spend to tool up to support the vehicle.
They could be "robbing Paul to pay Mary" just to move the vehicles but I'm just speculating here.
MSRP or even slightly under (500-1,500) has been proven to exist and IMO, more practical to base your planning on.
