I believe I saw it on this site, however, please google if you can't find the instructions here.
It involves wet sanding and 1500 & 3000 grid paper. I thought I bookmarked the source, but I can't locate it now.

I'm fortunate enough that the dealer replaced my 2005's blurred our lens under warranty.
