Well.. so much for Chrysler customer service. I got a call back today to come pick up the car.
Here's the exact wording on the work order:
"Cust states hearing engine clatter at 3,000 rpm. Tech confirmed clatter, but nothing officially wrong. No known remedy for noise. No repairs indicated."
I was pissed. I expressed my dissatisfaction with that analysis and i was told "Take it up with Chrysler" and the service advisor gave me the phone number to Chrysler.
So much for repeat customer business. I wonder how valid thier lifetime warrenty really is for their cars..
I am pretty sure this will be the first and last Chrysler product my family will ever purchase..
What a same what a shame...
