Most boating stores carry fogging oil.
I would change the oil and filter before storage, not after. I do this every winter with my Crossfire. Make sure the tires are aired up to their maximum and put a couple sheets of cardboard under each tire to protect them from the concrete.
I only store mine from Nov-May and I run it every few weeks. There are some trickle devices that will keep your battery charged -- you may want to google some of those.
Not sure where you are storing it, but you may want to put mothballs or a stickyboard or two inside the car, engine comparment, and trunk to deter mice. I have not had a problem in my own garage, but I am storing offsite this winter and will do the same. I had mice build a home in my motorcycle tailpipe one winter when I lived in NY.
Have a safe deployment and return in one piece.
