The chip would not void the warranty unless they can prove that the chip caused the problem.
Like say if you had something wrong with your A/C, they can not say the chip caused the problem because it has no relation. But if it's a problem related to the ECU, they can say it has been chipped.
Our programs are undetectable by the dealerships, so they shouldn't be able to tell your car is chipped. We use the same factory chip and reprogram that, so even if they open it up, it would be the same as factory.
