take a tape and measure from center to center of front to rear on both sides they should be the same
Great tip i did this. Actually I measured the exact center on all 4 caps and marked it with a marker, then used a tape measure and string, and also let someone else do this, both sides matched perfectly, if its off its less than a mm and i doubt would pull at low speeds.

BUT! I assumed they changed both rear tires took a look at my estimate and only one was changed! i examined both tires and noticed two things the old tire had half the tread of the new tire maybe less, and also even though they are both the same tire brand/type original was made in Germany replacement was made in Czech(sp?).

So Satellite I am hoping your right that its just tire pull.

I'm going to assume this is the cause and get the shop to replace the other rear wheel, as this just doesn't seem safe to me. I will let you all know how it goes tomorrow .
