That's debatable
Sure if you drive it like a grandma, their both capable of getting decent mileage (the Viper has a 6-speed, so if you baby it, it's possible to get 22-24mpg hwy). I suspect if you baby the SRT it can also get similar mileage, but who drives these things like an old lady ?
