Best 60' time I've gotten on All-Season Conti tires is a 2.0

TC off (from the interior button)
Slap the car in Tiptronic mode so the car is in 1st gear
Brake launch ~1500-1800 RPM
Let the car and tranny do the rest .

It really depends on the tires you have, Conti's vs Mich. The Pilots will get you around a 1.8 maybe a 1.7 max, and I've never been able to get into the 1's with Conti's

Track preparation is probably the biggest factor of them all. If the box isn't prepped well then you'll be battling 1/4 mi times all day. If it's tough to hook sometimes you want to leave the TC on.

Mind you this is just what I do.
