Asheville is about an hour east of the Dragon and the last larger city in that area. It is located at the intersection of I-40 and I-26 ... They say this should last only a few more days but it has been going on for about 2 weeks. Just a heads up to those of you planing your drive. I'll update here as needed.
It's been a mess here in Asheville; yesterday there were nine police cars keeping order at a gas station with a ten block line.
Right now I have two vehicles and no gas.
As of today, there are quite a few more stations with gas.
